Steve ''The Snake'' Claveau shows us Team Legion 

This weekend the FightWorld crew spent an afternoon at Team Legion in Victoriaville, Quebec. Flamboyant fighter Steve "The Snake" Claveau took the time to give us the tour through his gym and answer our questions before going back to teaching his MMA class. In attendance for training that day were XMMA Champion Martin "Stress" Desilets and XMMA7 fighter Dave "The Sensation" Parizeau among others.

The gym itself is quite large as you may expect. The main workout area is huge at 6000 square feet. Most striking is the sheer amount of machinery available... so many in fact we can't even recall how many there were!?!? See the pictures for yourself... It's outrageous. All the workout machinery is quite recent and very up-to-date. Needless to say, even on a reasonably busy Saturday afternoon there was no hint of a line-up in the workout area. Thirsty or need some help? Just head over to the service bar and pick up a fresh fruit and protein shake or ask for anything you need. The service shines at this gym as the entire staff was there to help us with anything we needed. 

Going to the other section of Team Legion takes us through a door and into the MMA /Combat sports training area. 3000 square feet of matted floors, mirrored wall, and a boxing ring. All necessary equipment is on site such as gloves, pads, helmets, heavy bags, etc... We were very impressed with how Claveau has set up his facility. Many were in attendance that day: not only adults but children of all ages. All  were working together paired up by size and skill level. The MMA class that Steve was teaching had a great vibe. Everyone was working hard and having fun. Steve's young daughter even showed us her submission skills... putting ''daddy'' in a rear naked choke and a wicked armbar! Steve is a very hands-on teacher, not only teaching the class but getting involved and sparring/rolling with the class.
